How to use
Skin: Mix a 2 tbs of avocado oil with 1/2 tsp castor oil for cleaning away makeup. This is a safe and gentle alternative to the harsh alcohol-based makeup cleansers that disturb the acidic balance of the skin. Hair: Heal the oil, pour 3-5 tablespoons into a small glass jar, and place the jar in a saucepan of recently boiled water. Test the temperature of the oil frequently, to prevent it from getting too hot. When the oils are warm, remove the jar from the water and gently massage the oil into the scalp. leave oil overnight and wash it off in the morning. this may help to reduce dandruff and, flaky skin and the scalp.
