How do I return my product?

However, we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit problems that may arise. If a case product is delivered in a broken, torn, or incorrect condition, products can be changed within 7 days.

Following products shall not be eligible for return:

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

How do I arrange a return?

Vian Healthcare Products offers self-serve returns so that you can process your return quickly and easily through your account.

To do this:

  1. Go to “My Account”.
  2. Scroll down to your order and select the order you’d like to return.
  3. Click the “Return” button at the bottom, underneath your order.
  4. Select the products and reason for the return, then select “Start my return”.
  5. Proceed through the portal and you’ll be given the option to choose a carrier to fulfil your return.
